Keep your fresh coming.
Most fresh shopping is the same short list, every week. A standing order repeats it for you on a weekly rhythm — and because cut-to-order items are harvested against the order, a subscription means they are picked for you rather than pulled from stock.
Set the rhythm
Pick your items and how often they should arrive.
Cut for the order
Cut-to-order items are harvested against your delivery, not held.
Pause any week
Skip a cycle or pause entirely — the subscription waits.
Good on a standing order
These are cut to order, so a weekly rhythm means they are harvested for your delivery.

Questions
- How does a heyfresh subscription work?
- You choose the items you want repeated and the rhythm you want them on. Each cycle the order is prepared at the hub serving your city and delivered like any other order — carrying the same origin and harvest record.
- Can I pause or skip a week?
- Yes. A standing order can be paused or skipped for any cycle without cancelling the subscription.
- What happens if something is out of season?
- Seasonal items are not silently substituted. If something in your standing order is not available for a cycle, it is shown as unavailable rather than swapped for something you did not choose.
