From the Nilgiris

The Nilgiri hills in Tamil Nadu sit between roughly 1,800 and 2,400 metres. The altitude and cool nights suit temperate crops that struggle on the plains — brassicas, lettuces, mushrooms and orthodox tea. It is one of the regions heyfresh sources from, and the first hub on our network.
